A fruity plummy autumnal 44% gin that goes great with tonic and a slice of lemon.
Fruit Infusions are made using fresh fruit as an additional botanical in a ‘single shot’ distillation process (nothing is added post distillation); thus creating a three dimensional London Dry Gin with a delicate fruity aroma and subtle fruity aftertaste. Therefore this is unlike a traditional Sloe Gin where the Sloes are steeped in Gin and the final spirit is sweetened.
Serving Suggestion- Serve over ice with a good slice of Lemon with either a Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic for a smooth fruity finish or premium Tonic for a sharper finish.
