Award Winning Deck Chair Gin Fruit Infusions are made using fresh fruit as an additional botanical in a ‘single shot’ distillation process (nothing is added post distillation); thus creating a three dimensional London dry gin with a delicate fruity aroma and subtle fruity aftertaste.

Riviera Rum
Riviera Rum is an award winning, genuine small batch spiced rum, hand crafted on the English Riviera in Brixham, Devon.
Caribbean Rum is used as a base spirit which we re-distil with spices that include Ginger, Nutmeg, Cinamon, Orange Peel, Coconut, Dried Dates & Allspice Berries before being aged for between six and twelve months in American Bourbon barrels giving Riviera Rum its golden colour and adding hints of smokey vanilla, caramel and floral notes to the finished spirit. Finally, the aged spirit is blended with local Dartmoor spring water.
Riviera Rum is a super smooth triple distilled spiced rum best enjoyed neat or with a splash of Lovage.
