Tasting Notes– A burst of Zesty Citrus Lemon on the nose followed by rolling Juniper and fresh Herbs, ending with a long tangy Lemon finish.

Serving Suggestion- Serve over ice with a slice of Lemon with either a Premium Fever-tree Tonic for a sharp “bitter lemon” finish or Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic for a smooth, sweeter finish

Fruit Infusion- Fruit Infusions are made using fresh fruit as an additional botanical in a ‘single shot’ distillation process (nothing is added post distillation); thus creating a three dimensional London Dry Gin with a delicate fruity aroma and subtle fruity aftertaste.
