The nose has a beautiful profile – a citrus and fruity start on the nose. A truly exceptional rounded flavoured gin, incredibly enjoyable. The palate has depth. Fresh Raspberry end (perfectly subtle) making a wonderful G&T.

Serving Suggestion- Serve over ice with fresh Raspberries and/or a slice of lime, with either Fever-tree Mediterranean Tonic or Lemonade

Fruit Infusion- Fruit Infusions are made using fresh fruit as an additional botanical in a ‘single shot’ distillation process (nothing is added post distillation); thus creating a three dimensional London Dry Gin with a delicate fruity aroma and subtle fruity aftertaste.
